The cold war between the Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh and its alliance partner Bharatiya Janata Party is reaching alarming proportions, with leaders of both the parties trading charges against each other for violating “mitra dharma.”

As the situation is going out of hands, the leaderships of both the parties have decided to put an end to this at least for the time being.

On Tuesday, TDP leaders led by Union minister for science and technology Y S Chowdary alias Sujana Chowdary are calling on BJP President Amit Shah In New Delhi and discuss the issue of the alliance in the wake of anti – government statements being made by the saffron party leaders.

The TDP delegation will seek Amit’s intervention to resolve the crisis. The leaders will bring to the notice of BJP leader the criticism made by senior leaders including Somu Veerraju and D Purandeswari.

In the meeting, Chowdary will also discuss the issue of continuation of alliance between the two parties in next general elections.

Though it is unlikely that Shah will take a decision on continuing the alliance, it will give an opportunity to the TDP leaders to speak out their mind and throw the ball in the court of the BJP, so that the TDP will get what it wants ultimately! #KhabarLive
