Andhra Pradesh CM and Telugu Desam chief Chandrababu Naidu expressed dissatisfaction towards the centre and has said that a crucial decision will be taken in a couple days. He was talking with the party MPs on a conference call. He is currently in Dubai.

TDP MPs are protesting against the centre for not paying enough heed to the development projects in the state post its division.

An angry Naidu is said to have asked, ‘Is Andhra not Part of India?’ during his conference call.

He has also demanded response from Finance minister Arun Jaitley on the issues raised by his party in the last 15 days.

The relation between BJP and its ally TDP have come under immense strain recently.

TDP MP Y Sujana Chowdary has sought a reply from Jaitley as well.

She said that several projects like Polavaram, a steel plant in Kadappa, and a separate railway zone in Visakhapatnam remain unaddressed.

She reminded that assurance about these developmental projects was given in the Andhra Pradesh reorganisation act.

Interestingly, Telangana Rastra Samiti, the ruling party of Telangana, has also extended its support to protesting MPs of Andhra Pradesh.

TRS MP K Kavitha, who is daughter of CM K Chandrasekhara Rao, has alleged that the government has failed to fulfill promises made in Andhra Pradesh reorganisation Act. #KhabarLive
