IPL 2021 Schedule and Venues
IPL first match always start with the winner and runners up of the last season of IPL. This year IPL 2021 first match will be played between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals. Last year Mumbai Indian wins the IPL 2020 final match.
The announcement of IPL 2021 schedule will be made after the mini auction 18 Feb 2021. BCCI has not spoken yet over the release of schedule. More updates on schedule news.
The venues for IPL 2021 will be either UAE or India. If the venue selected India then the first match will played in Chennai. BCCI said, they will observe the situation of COVID during FEB and decide the venue for IPL 2021. However, BCCI kept the UAE option as a backup plan.
