Quality mutton haleem will be served at Subhan Bakery, offering diners a completely new flavour. The bakery wants to test the market this year before taking a large risk, therefore it has no intentions to distribute haleem to all of Hyderabad.

The food that people are most eager to eat during Ramadan is haleem. They will have more options this time around because a new player has entered the market. Subhan Bakery, a well-known baker, has entered the scene and promises to introduce foodies to a completely new flavour.

The popular bakery has decided to experiment with something new for the first time in its 125-year history. Subhan Bakery, which gained notoriety for its unique brand of Osmania biscuits and Dum ke Roat, has now made the decision to tantalise taste buds with something new. According to Syed Irfan, owner of Subhan Bakery, “There is a high demand from our clients for us to cook haleem, thus in order to honour their requests we have agreed to prepare the meal during Ramzan.”

The dish will be sold at Mehdipatnam in Hyderabad in addition to two additional counters at Gudimalkapur and next to Amba Talkies.
